Rules Of Renting
You must agree to my rules before renting.
NO Diving
NO Glass
NO Confetti
NO Loud Music
NO Smoking or Alcohol
NO Third-Party Vendors
Dry Yourself Off Before Entering The Restroom
Any water left on the floor needs to be cleaned as well or I’ll charge a cleaning fee of $10.
Don’t Enter The Sauna
No guests are allowed inside. You are responsible for any damages that may occur if any of your guests go inside.
No Diving
You cannot dive into the pool no matter how deep it goes. You are responsible for the safety of your guests.
No Paid Parties
You cannot host parties where the guests have to pay for entry.
Terms & Conditions
You must agree to my terms before renting.
Deposit
I require a deposit worth 20% of your event. If you don’t cancel your booking in 3 days of booking it, I’ll keep your deposit.
Minimum & Maximum Hours
You have to book the pool for a minimum of 3 hours and can only book up to 8 hours.
Extra Guests
Any guests over the amount you selected affect your booking price per hour. For example, selecting 1-5 guests yet 10 show up will raise the rate to 6-11 guests.
Add-ons After Booking
If you would another add-on for your event, I will adjust the price of your booking to reflect the add-on.
Damage
If you or any guests damage my property, add-on or not, you’ll have to pay.
Liability
I am not responsible for the safety of your party. Everyone must be looked after by the person who booked my pool.
